I just want to see if I can. I have a very specific app for my job that I want to build for my Pro 11 Max and or iPad Pro 9.7". I've written a fair amount of VBA so I'm hoping this will won't be too painful...
I am an recreational fisherman and I used Numbers to create a spreadsheet to tally up my catches each day I fished so far this year. It works nicely but I thought that it would be cool to create an app to track my catches and do other things with it. So hence, I am here to learn to create an app!!

Hi Chris. Thank you for this video as I am an old coder (very old) and just getting into creating apps. I had started with REACT NATIVE, but have decided to go back to core platform dev using XCODE/SWIFT and ANDROID Studio as I have found REACT NATIVE a bit unprdictable and quite buggy depending on versions. That aside I actually found this as a very useful introduction into XCODE as my previous hacking attempts had skipped past many basics that you have gone through. Very interesting and helpful to an old hack like myself.
I want to create an app because I love to troubleshoot code but never had a chance to actually create something I want with code. I feel like creating my first app will spark up that motivation I need to keep pursuing code 👨🏽💻

Hey, Chris. Great video, thank you. I writing a command-line app (for starters, GUI later) to solve sudoku puzzles using Donald Knuth's dancing links algorithm.
Amazing, Philip! Keep on going! Can't wait to see how this project will unfold. :-) -Arthur
I know I want to build an app, but I'm currently brainstorming ideas. In the meantime i'm learning how to code with swift which I wish they taught in me school instead of java but whatever. Im currently in college studying computer engineering and I've recently found this interest of app development. Hope I can learn a lot from this. Thanks for your tutorial!
java is so much more useful
Thanks for watching! What kind of apps are you interested in creating?
Kat

Welcome to the CodeCrew family! We're keen to see your progress. Keep on going! -Arthur
I want to create an app because I love to troubleshoot code but never had a chance to actually create something I want with code. I feel like creating my first app will spark up that motivation I need to keep pursuing code 👨🏽💻
This year is your year, Ricardo! Let's do this! Buena suerte! -Arthur
