I need help regarding my UKVI refusal for Uk study visa.
I got my Visa on 30 Aug and was about to fly on 15 Sep
But on 13 sep i got an email that there is an error in my vignette letter and to resubmit my passport in VfS office.
After That i got an email on 18 Sep that my VISA is revoked as I have false/ alltered my Degree.
But I did not , and evry thing is genuine.
Now my session is already started and I can reach by 6 Oct last.
I have filled for AR on 20 Sep .
Now can I ask for deferring my batch/course.
Or will I get any refund?
Because the AR result might take 1 week to many months as you told .
Kindly help.
I have made my initial deposit as well 50% of remaining fees as well

It may take up to 8 weeks from the date of a successful appeal for the home office to send you an invite to submit the passport for visa stamping and at present it has not been 8 weeks since 05/08/2023. Please wait till 29 to escalate your case

Bhai meri classes 18th September 2023 se start hai aur mera biometric 31st August ko hogaya aur aaj 15th September hai aur mera visa abhi tak nahi aaya toh kya mai jabtak visa na aaye online classes attend karlun? Aur kya online enrollment hone ke baad mera visa aayega? Aur visa aane ke baad uk airport par mujhe koi problem hogi? As my course is already started and I'm arriving in the UK late? I hope you'll reply.🙏
