I don't think it's anything more than a sync error between the upload's video and audio source. You can watch the original on Ultra Fan's channel and there's no issue there of her starting to sing while her mic is away.

She has done that in the past with Be My Baby and Pink Champagne in the Honeymoon Tour. I completely understand why she would lip this part tho it's a long note and she wants it to sound good for her audience. It really doesn't bother me considering the fact most artist lip sync. I have a lot of respect for her because she only lip syncs difficult notes and sings flawlessly on the other songs
