The cement should have a thick paste texture and do not add too much water

Well, I did exactly that, and acrylic colour just started to peel off after only 10 min in water. So, I am asking you how to make it waterproof?!

Choose waterproof acrylic paint or you can apply clear epoxy resin to protect the paint
