The up and down with the alternating colors is when they move their arms in a similar manner and then right after when it is says ‘we’re gonna wear the crown’ the boxes go up, and in the dance the girls bring their hands up to look like a crown. Same thing with the ‘not bringing us down.’ I appreciate that lol
