Really love this design. One of my favs, and I browse tiny houses a LOT since I can only afford contents replacement coverage on my rambling old Vic. But at least I know if need be I could rebuild an agreeable tiny house on the payoff w/o incurring the biggest fear of my life - debt.

Kitchen seems fine to me. The tap is high enough to get a bucket underneath it, especially if it swivels!! My only crotons is the the laundry & the bathroom shd be combined & the washer & dryer should go side by side with a work top over them. If combined in with the bathroom you have a water supply & a sink to do any stain removal & you have space for ironing as well!! Neat & compact for its’ footprint.

These kitchens are always so off.... put a wide window over a deep kitchen sink with a large faucet you can actually get a pot under... the utensil rack with in arms reach of the range with a vent over the heat source... survey women about a kitchen layout and then design.

I recommend that you switch the placement of the sink and cooker. Use a cooker with a built-in oven. Add a drawer-type dishwasher.

Hello Eva. Thank you for always supporting the channel by liking and subscribing. Though I don't think I can give you the cost of building this house in your country because cost of building are determined by many factors, like the cost of materials in that area ,cost of labour in that area ,the type of finishes you choose to use etc. I would advise you to show this to your local engineer that knows the costs of materials, transportation, maybe he or she would be in position to help you with a better estimate

Great design though the kitchen layout is problematic, a low window over the stove will make cooking difficult plus fire hazard. Also the relationship between the fridge, cooker and sink isn't ideal. Doesn't conform to the cooking triangle

Depends alot on where your building because costs are affected by many factors like access of the site, where do you buy your materials, what finishes you decide to use, what is the cost of building materials in your town or country. So I would advise you to show this design to any of your local engineers or builder who knows about all the above mentioned factors in your area and he will be in better position to give you a better rough estimate.
