Natalia Romero e.l.f. is the best I have found. Personally - and it’s a preference thing - I find the Real Techniques brushes awkward to work with, but not e.l.f. Target’s Up And Up brushes are pretty good. Walmart even has a few under their Equate brand.
Shopmissa and elf has some very good and affordable makeup brushes!
