Hey everyone, in today's video, "CK3 The FALL of Carthage?", the kingdom we've built for many parts in this series now begins to have major issues due to us reviving hellenism. The muslim/islamic world begins to target us and the Catholic world targets us as well meaning that concessions had to be made while I was still trying to expand. In this part the realm gets the closest to total collapse that it probably will in any other part since extreme debt also ravages our nation. Only time will tell if we're able to recover from these setbacks.

So there is an interesting struggle mechanic that allows rulers in the struggle to temporarily ally with each other rulers at the cost of gold. Which is probably what was happening at the beginning of the video. It's like buying mercenaries but typically stronger and for the length of the war instead of for 3 years.
