Great video. Explains a lot. I have a 80 cart that’s a patio. Does the tag type number work on the attachments too?

Thanks. I’m not aware of a number difference but if it’s white, it should be the aluminum tag from what I’ve seen.

Just watched this video......my dad bought a 110 in 1972 with mower, thrower, tiller and 80 cart.
It finally imploded the motor after 52 years with 2 rebuilds.
Me and all my siblings learned to drive on it. I have been hooked on 110s since.
My dad who is 90 in August used the blower and mower til he was 88. So I am going to try and do a resurrection on it. I have 8 110s including dad's.
My question is one of a pair I just purchased has a t0652 161444m.
Have never seen that code. I heard it may be a tecumseh motor. But it has a Kohler in it. Any help would be appreciated. Love the content and am now subscribed

Yours is a 1970 112 T0652 and would have the kohler 10hp K241s. They used that type code in 1968 as well, that was a Tecumseh.

@@JnP-Restorations The serial number is 322057M. Does that mean anything? 🤔

@@kevinnechville272 Yes. That would make it a 1974 last year.

I have a rough 69 140 H3 orange custom color with a type code T0583 serial number 014410M. Wanting to restore it, but it’s really rough and in pieces. It does have the orange hood in the correct seat, but they are rough. Can you tell if it’s a custom color by those numbers? Thanks

@@stevenlane4926 if you document the restoration I think it’s worth the effort. If it’s super rough mechanically as well as cosmetic,I would probably pass, but if you decide to do it, it’s extremely satisfying to look back at what is was before and you brought it back from death. Your tractor is an early 69 so Deere didn’t separate the custom colors from green tractors. That didn’t start until late 69 after serials in 21700M or
so. It would’ve changed that type code to T0584 specifying white. Good luck if you decide to tackle
      it.
