@SunniCalifornia I think it is a great show, but in the 9 seasons it was on the air, it only won one Emmy award (Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series - 2006). In my opinion, that makes it underrated.

that would be nice. in 1974 Honda engineers made a 1500 Goldwing but thought THAT IS TOO MUCH MACHINE for ppl to deal with....yes... in japan; not in the US with 2 americans on it and everything packed on it for the long trips across the country on the interstate. so they made 1000cc 1975 Cologne Bike show... then 1100.... then 1200 in 81 thru 84... then 1500cc and in then ... 1800cc in 2000? 110 ft lbs of torque most of it IN by 2500R's and 110? HP at 5000 RPM (RED LINE) . my 1200 eases thru town in OD at 1400 RPM's at

ATTA BOY DOUG. SHOW HER WHO THE BOSS IS!!!!! but in NYC weather... when it isnt snowing its raining and RAINING HARD!!!!! SHEETS OF WATER. signs read on highway.... HEADLIGHTS ON WHEN WIPERS ARE ON!!! and there is good reason for that... cant see the car in front of u the water is coming down in biblical proportions, til they put on the brakes and by that time... WHAM!!! not good on MC with tail light as bright as a candle. have to be HARD CORE BIKER to ride in that weather. seen kid and GF on crotch rocket zipping down highway, hydroplaned with HIGH PRESSURE IN THE TIRES that the SHOPS WONT LET THE BIKE LEAVE THE SHOP WITHOUT MAX INFLATION PRESSURE... so the tire is like a cue ball on the road when it comes to stopping/turning/going in wet... instead of a racket ball at ... 26 PSI to get all the ruber on the road that we can to stop/turn... still BIG TRUCKS hydroplane in rains like that and by the time the driver feels the seat of the pants feeling shes coming arond... its too late the trailer is doing whatever it wants to do and will take the truck/tractor with it.

Hollowed out the cams? Is that LEGIT? Never heard of that in 40 years of modifying cars/motorcycles
Briggs and scratton has hollow cam on its opposed twins? to save weight/metal? not like it is any kind of performance engine? the outside of cam need to be ground if putting in BILLET RODS to turn more than 4500RPM with it mower racing and if grind too much on the cam get into the hole drilled thru it and thats not good.

I worked for the dealer that rented them the bike. He dropped several times during that episode but when we got it back there wasn't a scratch on it. I wonder how they did that.

its a V twin, it should have one CAMSHAFT... that is not hollow/drilled out... but to save weight that wud be on a screamer, not a cruiser bike like that. too bad they cant get BIKE ppl to give the writers a heads up on something like that..."its poked and stroked to 130 cubes... it will go. 150 ft / lbs of torque at 2500 onward. make it work for a living... shift at 2500 as dont need to rev it any more than that wih the TORQUE IT HAS. Triumph ROCKET III 2300cc, same as ford ranger pick up, 150 ft lbs of torque at 2500 RPM's... im sure can shift while cruising, at 1800 rpm and FEEL THE TORQUE OF THAT MONSTER MOTOR and save gas without revving it up so high as dont need to.

shows like this irritate me, having the wife treat the husband like a child, even worse when the husband _acts_ like a child. the irony of this show being touted as "like the Honeymooners" but the writers seemingly having no clue what that actually means. Ralph wasnt portrayed as an incompetent child who needed his wife to control every aspect of his life. They had disagreements but he was a strong male presence against a strong female presence. Its gotten even worse when the animated sitcom shows make the men borderline mentally handicapped.
It a comedy. Its not reality, like the bullshit reality shows we have crammed down our throats daily. its a comedy that supposed to make you laugh. And if you can't laugh at The King of Queens, you don't have a humorous bone in you body and I feel sorry for you.
