Great information! Quick question I’m older and I’m the process of retiring and would like to put a lump sum of let’s say 1M, will I start receiving dividends immediately every six months?
Heeey Agatha. I just love the way you are enthusiastic about the topic, giving it life as you speak away and yet delivering it in an easily understandable manner. Thank you so much for sharing this hidden real estate gem. Many blessings.
I have even seen both interview with the Acorn boss which is on point because I have totally understood a lot about real estate which I had no info about, but I think most guys, including me,we are always checking on the return coz inflation is on our neck coz currently it's like 7%, so Mostly people need something above 7% anyway it's my opinion and us in diaspora we are always checking on that anyway GREAT SHOW AGATHA

@@RonnyAwuor-qn2wg The Acorn I-REIT earns a 10-year return equivalent of 11.1% p.a*, which is comprised of approximately 7% p.a.* as dividend yield with the remaining 4.1%p.a.* amount coming from capital appreciation. Should you hold the units for a shorter period the returns may be lower as the dividend yield grows as the IREIT assets grow due to economies of scale. This is more of a long term investment. The longer you are invested the better your returns.

@Shee70 i invested more than 200k for more than a year and only recieved dividends one's which was not even 2k hehe so when i wanted to withdraw and invest elsewhere apparently i couldn't withdraw the 200k because there was management fee of 3% and not to mention it takes 1 month to recieve your money after you have sold your units,,, long story short i ended up recieving 192k excluding what i paid to oppen my account around 3k ,so inshort there's no profit i made after more than 1 year which could have been a different story if it was mmf or gvmnt bonds
@Shee70 but maybe now it's different and you need to invest longer maybe 3 years and above which doesn't make any economical or financial sense at all unless you have no other place to put your money
