I thought this was a Latin American tournament. Why are they all speaking English with an american accent? Last Time I checked Latin american countries mostly speak Spanish or Portuguese

Latine people live in many countries and speak many languages, including English. Also, many of those interviewed are from the Puerto Rican team.
And most players in the tournament are US born with ancestry in the country they represent
