Thanks for posting this, there were some very useful tips. I wanted to add one more tip that I heard from you from one of your videos. It's the ability to test push notifications on the simulator with this command in terminal: xcrun simctl push booted . Get better soon.
76 and will be 77 in a couple months, but try to stay up on the development processes and relating to you and your videos make that task so much easier and frankly fun. I also like Paul Hudson's and Paul Hegarty's videos as well. But yours resonates with me more. Maybe my age is a factor. Anyway ... hope you start feeling belter and keep up the very fine work you are doing!
Loved the talk. Very informative. I’m going to go through it again tomorrow and write the code you were showing for a reference for myself. Sorry to hear about the Covid situation, I sure hope you’re feeling better.
I am in my twenties and your channel quickly became one of my favourites on iOS development, alongside with Paul Hudson’s channel and Paul Hegarty’s Stanford lectures. Thank you for your work and wish you good health. I hope, I will stay young in my soul for as long as you do.
Hey Stewart, thank you so much for these incredibly valuable nuggets of knowledge. I love how you immerse yourself in the Swift community. You're truly inspirational.
We all feel you pain at missing the chance to present on the big stage. Next year sounds like a great idea to me. Thanks of another extremely helpful video and don't ever stop being old school :)
You know, Mr. Lynch, maybe you underestimate it because of your humble nature, but you are the most experienced teacher in the entire iOS community and it shows. The way you deliver material to the audience in small chunks of information is unmatched. Please get well asap or we will sue you :)
Stewart, this is a phenomenal. Thank you. I want to say, I find your voice very calming when I am learning through your videos, it reassures me that whatever Swift frustration I am experiencing I will overcome. You are the best!
Your very first tip about the Observable/Environment issue for editing will solve the very problem I encountered today. Thank you - for that, the entire video, and all of your videos. And get well soon!
A great list of nuggets, as a regular follower of your videos I already use many of them. I wish you a speedy recovery, and I hope that new opportunities for presenting will come your way.
Would have been such a great start to the conference! Next year!
Jordi, let the aging content creator takes some rest. He’s recovering well, but we can’t guarantee there won’t be any relapses in the next 48 months.
I'm really sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Take it easy and let your body recover.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Hope you will feel better soon and thanks for all your contributions to the Swift community.
Much appreciated!

Hi Stewart, your videos are a great help in my learning progress....can't thank you enough. Maybe 2025 WWDC as a target for a Stewart Lynch meetup?
Get better soon Stewart. Got my Covid 2 years ago, before I turned 71. Felt like sH3456%^&*( for a day and a half. You are the consummate teacher.
Feels better Stewart. My background is pretty similar to yours. Teaching at university and trying out different technology areas
