@@Olivia-f8l I don’t think people realize quite how strong his rotation is. His damage rotation has almost permanent uptime if you get good at keep up his buff pause and combo that with the sp1. You will almost never run out of shocks

If everything is done properly, you should be getting a 300% damage increase on his bursts. So that would just be 300% vs 340%. Not a huge difference. So that 40% burst damage increase the 6* would isn’t going to mean much once the 7* gets to higher ranks. So rank the 7* he’ll be better overall

Only took 9? Years, but we got him. Animations look amazing, catching mjolnir at the end instead of a Thor is genius. Now let’s hope OG Thor gets a kick-ass rework. I wish all the OGs kicked ass, 😔 but I’m not holding my breath lol
Only against tech champs he can't glance or when ever he triggers an immunity so for instance a champ like Maestro will still glance your attacks because Maestro doesn't power drain or inflict shock effects and is not a tech champion

Since people who bought plat pass will get one copy for free, they HAD to make his sig a must. I mean, he wont be THIS impressive without that 40%, trust me on that. Also this character will require light intercepts when you cannot spam parry, which is hard for some people. Overall a great design. It will be great in noob hands, and will dominate in pro hands

If the opponents are shock immune he can't do anything and some techs like guardian,nimrod,idoom will be uneffected by him ,he is basically cosmic quick silver but not as versatile as qs
if you remove armour up from guardian and idoom they will get shock and damage that is in his kit and nimrod is not shock immune and yeah Doctor Doom will be great threat for Bill because Doom answer to no one 🤩
IDoom is only shock immune with his armor up active if you time it right he’ll get bodied. Guardian has energy resistance but all you have to do is pulverize it and it’s good lol. Nimrod is not shock immune 😂. He destroys the tech class.

Each shock burst is considered a single damage. Even though the outcome is visualy cumulative, it is not. So FAM cap works in theory, but not in practice (it will cover him from single burst being above the treshold)

Daredevil is blind and he still works fine as a “skill” champion. Mystique could work in a similar manner as Domino. It’s not a far-fetched concept. Plenty of special 3 abilitiy animations and plenty of advantages with parries. Just use your imagination, it can work.

Dominos luck works because it’s making her essentially immune to most things and makes the opponent unable to activate their buffs and Daredevil is a skilled fighter which is why he’s able to be in the game I fail to see in any way how kabam would make Mystiques shapeshifting be an advantage in combat

Not true. If played properly you’ll be getting 300% burst damage. That 300% goes to 340% at max sig. so his sig is not needed at all.
