I have definitely played Royale high for more than 100 hours yet I can't get the other badge
it starts to count from the release of campus 3. the hours u played before campus 3 doesnt count so u have to play more.
For the break in badge I only needed 3 people and it opened idk maybe it's different for everyone

I think to get the old welcome package you actually have to roll the crown thing! I'm not sure but thats what I remember
