65 g butter
200 ml cream (35% fat)

You will find it easier to finish the caramel before the whipping step if you add lukewarm heavy cream to the caramelized sugar, THEN emulsify in cold cubed butter. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
I was thinking the same thing, this person clearly has no idea what theyre doing
I have done with hot milk, and butter and a tablespoon or two of cornstarch, it is almost the same process, it is also better in your comment
@@HeidiFac it's not true caramel when you start faffing around with cornstarch and milk it's a cheap substitute with subpar ingredients but better than storebought im sure

@@johnnyace1300 cheap ingredients? A lot of milk and butter are used, sugar of course, but it is your opinion, I am not going to last more than an hour glued to the stove stirring milk and sugar so that it turns into caramel. I respect your opinion, but I do not share it

Сначала лучше добавить сливки (перед те как добавить сливки иж нужно погреть до момента закипания) быстро перепешать, потом убрать с покрытия и добавить масло сливочное 😊
Возможно добавить сироп глюкозы будет не лишним и точно следует нагнать котика из процесса.
