As a person with Dystonia (Cerebral Palsy type, so damage to the oxygen circulation to the brain when I was in an incubator, not genetic), this was a really great overview of the movement disorders in general and all-encompassing. It is one of the best on UA-cam that I have found! I come from a scientific background, and I know a lot from talking to doctors and having them explain things to me to know that this is accurate but also greatly explained in layman's terms as well.
