@@kgrgrgrghfvvdvrvf7402 I completely disagree. Serena, Federar and Nadal,- these 3 players has a huge fan base. That's why they receive excessive support. It has nothing to do with Americans. Naomi Osaka example is inappropriate because, Serena has a huge fan base, and her fans want to see her winning all days. She earned this impression over a decade. Naomi will earn it as well. And she is an American as well.
The example you put about Becker and Sampras is also inappropriate. Coz both those two players have similar reputations back then. That's why the crowd was nicely divided. Same thing happen for a match between Nadal and Federar today.
This crowd is primarily Hispanic, they are playing in the heart of Miami
wtf is this crowd, so biased and loud. I feel bad for both players, mostly Kyrgios though.
NO NO NO YOU CAN'T JUST LIKE ONE PLAYER AND NOT THE OTHER! YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO CHEER WHEN THE POINT IS OVER NONONONONO!
@@kulio1214 Dude, fans were literally calling the ball out in the middle of the damn point.
Why feel bad for Federer when he has home court advantage basically his entire career especially this match?
I’ve watched these highlights at least 15 times.
10:14 That was absolutely crazy from Federer, it's almost a superhero thing
Sometimes I come back to this video just for that point, and Kyrgios' dumbfounded look right after 😄
Devolvió un misil, con una simpleza extraordinaria, la fuerza en su antebrazo para bloquear eso, es Brutal!
I will never ever get tired of watching this. Simply unreal.
One of my favourite ever Federer matches
One of the most epic matches ever...
I watched this entire match live sweating through the whole thing. So intense. Roger is the King.
This is the ATP Match of the Year! Absolutely It is.. What a Match 🤩
prime Kyrgios vs prime Roger
The shot from kyrgios at 6:51 absolutely gave me goosebumps. What a shot !!
The shot is insane, but Kyrgios' scream/grunt that goes with it is what makes it even more epic
Wouldn’t say it’s prime Federer
Prime federer was in 2004-2009
@@jorisw.6233 i mean the first quarter of Federer 2017 was prime+ Federer, even in His dominant years he didnt wiped the tour in that couple of weeks like he did in Australia, indian wells and miami 2017, he couldnt do that even in His prime years, It shows how amazing was His return, ofc this level would drop like It happened, but for those weeks was basically Federer posseaed by His prime self with the knowledge of the" old" fed
@@jorisw.6233 Agreed, this was good, but Prime Federer was something else.
One of the best ATP matches!
Kyrgios is SO good!! Top 5 caliber shots. And killer serve. I really hope he gets the help he needs for his mental game to improve. A little more fitness too.
Unfortunately he's just hit another low, losing a game by code violation against Sinner and losing the match, in Miami Open 2022
One of the best ATP Master 1000 game ever! Federer against Kyrgios, a delight to watch.
This was the greatest non-major match I've ever seen. And that prime Kyrgios playing his best couldn't beat 35 1/2 year old Federer shows Federer is the GOAT.
Lol prime Kygrios didn't even beat 35 year old Rafa either
Love to see kyrgios's games, an emotional rollercoaster
The two most talented tennis players
🤣 Yea sure.
That volley by Federer from Nick's bullet shot... Mann.. I cannot describe in words.. if you were to hit that shot.. you surely know you are gonna hurt ur opponent or force error.. Nick never saw something like that in his career I assume it as... I watch this match whenever I want to watch good tennis.. it's a mental battle of two extremely gifted players.. god bless both..
That celebration at the end with his arms out and crowd going wild - goosebumps! 😀
This match was a unique intersection in tennis history. glad it happened, glad it was a good one
Best 3 set match in history
Most dramatic I would say
Del potro vs federer olympics sf 2012
And rafa vs novak madrid 2009. Those 2 were better
Nadal vs Djokovic madrid 2009 semifinal it was better Ertie.
It depends what you call the Best match: nadal-djokovic madrid 2009 was great in terms of phisicality and brutal hitting from the baseline. This one was outstanding in terms of drama and super offensive tennis. Surely, on of the Best in history in my opinion🙂
The best match of 2017, hand down!!!
One od the matches where I was in awe what Federer dan do ! Majestic!
One of the matches where I was in awe what Federer can do !
Anyone still watching this match to this day!! The best match I've ever watched
5:16 Kyrgios contemplating the meaning of his life 😂
Understand kyrgios frustration at the end. Fed hit some miraculous returns on big points for kyrgios, and the crowd wasn't exactly great.
The utter hopelessness and disbelief on Kyrgios' face is priceless when Federer returns well placed and hard hit shots with ease. Such a legend.
Best match of 2017
What a match, kyrgios is the best entertainer in tennis modern era.
Watched it live. Best match ive ever seen.
10:17 incredible
Federer at his best was Absolute God in neutralizing big first serves. Couple of weeks before this match, Kyrgios simply overpowered Djokovic with his huge first serve. And in this match, in Kyrgios's very first service game itself, Federer pretty much returned back majority of Kyrgios's thunderbolts with a lot of ease - immediately sending a message. It is very unnerving when your biggest weapon is neutralized with ease.
The Most Amazing Points, Suspense, Players
I always come back to watch this.
11:18 he is like winning his first match
One of the best high quality matches in a while
Wow, blast from the past and only 4 years ago. The big 3 at their brilliant best inspire and lift everyone to be their best even the likes of Kyrgios ... how far he has fallen.
my favorite match of all time, 2 of my favorite players playing some of their best tennis and as someone who copies kygs serve and feds forehand, i watch this before every big match to remind myself what i need to so
Kyrgios was actually serious... he has got some serious potential
It is not only the match of 2017 but also the match of this century Federer and Kyrgios treating fans very well.
Thanks, this is probably the best match of Miami Open
I have watched this match more than 20 times... I still feel it as fresh .. what an amazing tennis it was.
Dont show fed tricks to fed itself ... :)
i wish he played like this in 2018 and 19. godly level.
What an epic match from legend ...
When two players are in scary form this is how match goes
Kyrgios got a killer serve
