- A glimpse of how I spent the first day of february. I have been unproductive lately and that’s making me anxious. The smell of coffee while studying is relaxing for me, and I thought about filming a productive day in my life. I was also thinking about making “realtime study with me” videos, let me know if you are up for it!! And also, I was overwhelmed with how you guys appreciate what I post and I received lots of messages from some of you. I hope I won’t grow tired from filming and med school. Ily all ✨

Whenever it's exam week, I always consume two whole days (weekends) for studying my 10 subjects. Though it's tiring but I enjoy studying for straight long hours without being interrupted by anything nor anyone

OT Nicole I think it’s the Maruman Kurufit binder or you can use the Kokuyo Smart campus notebook. It’s a notebook that you can open the rings to insert or remove paper. Hope this helps

I’m so late in watching ur vlogs but as a colleague, promodoros do work but u have to find the exact duration of time that will fit ur attention span, once u go on breaks, no gadgets/tv, really a break where u will relax ur mind, walk around or stare at something that is calming. Ofc before all those, set a sched to follow and be strict with it, with yields and backlogs, if ur bored in reading? Watch vids instead in yt of explaining the topics ur reading, it still works and write it on ur notebook. Once ur done with ur sched? Ur free to do anything, these kind of rewards motivate u in the end.

Hello!! I use a B5 26-hole binder (you can buy a cheaper one at shoppee) and I adjust the settings of the print layout to B5 (or 250x176mm) sa settings on my laptop 😊

I change the paper size (usually it’s in letter size) to the dimensions of the paper i’m using 😅
