Laughing watching this in india where building boom is still accelerating with fsr from sustainable materials and is long way from even attempting to. Spitting in tbe ocean comes to mind.
ya well, in canada we're concerned about the crazy heat y'all are suffering lately and we're trying to design more sustainable building methods that will eventually bring global temperatures down. it is just a drop but everything is tiny in the beginning. Jeff Bezos started Amazon in one room, right?
@@ehdubz604 amazon is pretty bad example. They use more power than many countries 🤪
@@virupakshawalla5734 the point is, everything starts small and tiny
@@ehdubz604 yes Indian road traffic and AC use etc was small and is getting massive. Renewable is just helping keep up as coal production increases etc. Its a tide and King Kanute better pull his deckchair back a bit
There is a lot of potential in using bamboo as building materials in the future ❤ great video
Better to use limited wood resources for buildings than burning it for energy. Burning valuable primary wood for electricity or heat is madness.
The 25story building in Milwaukee made with wood is more expensive than if it was made with concrete.
I guess the question behind would be, why such materials are not widely used compared to steel and cement till now ?
