The word BRAHMAN means the DIVINE and the word CHARYA means the path. One who walks the path of the Divine is a Brahmachari.
These are people who are just oriented towards one goal. Sadhguru says everyone can and must be a brahmachari internally. In terms of lifestyle its not necessary.So there are hundreds of Isha Brahmacharis who play a significant role in the working of Isha Foundation and all its programs and also they are a kind of assurance for the foundation after Sadhguru leaves.
Isha Foundation has launched a new series On the Path of the Divine. Each month, one of our Isha Brahmacharis or Sanyasis shares their very own background, motivation, and experience of what it means for them to walk this sacred path.
Here, Swami Nirvichara, who has been with Sadhguru since 1994, offers some precious glimpses of the early days in Isha and his own path, including a whole year wandering the subcontinent as a mendicant.

What a wonderful video! A frightening, vivid description of what severe pangs of hunger can induce a man to do. Yes, when I lived in Chennai for nearly a year, I too have seen what hungry people and hungry dogs were driven to do in the streets . I do not know whether I could live a year in the streets begging and on the generosity of people. In Tiruvannamalai one could, I suppose, because there are ashrams there that feed hungry people. Thank you very much for uploading this video.
