If ticket prices are going to be around 3000 dollars, then more than 90 percent of audience is going to be Indian.
I’m from the UK, I watch both the PSL and IPL. After watching the PSL last year I suggested that it should be held in the same window as the IPL. They will attract a higher calibre of international players.
There are many world class players that hope to play in the IPL but don’t end up with a contract. Look at Phil Salt - he was on fire for England but he was without an IPL contract until the last minute.
Other players will choose to play in the PSL over the IPL because they probably get paid more, due to the IPL being longer and more games. Players like TKC, Hasaranga, Willey, Rutherford, get paid more for their time in the PSL than the IPL. And then others such as Jason Roy(this year) and Alex Hales(last year) seem to be playing the PSL and skipping the IPL.

Their will also be a whole load of players who will be released this year, because an IPL mega auction will be happening next year. PSL should hold an auction or do their draft after that date.
Also playing the qualifiers in the UK; they would fill the stadiums more than they do in Pakistan. I live near Manchester and within a 40mile/1hour radius there are over 750,000 Pakistani’s. Near Birmingham there are over half a million. Around the London area there will be at least a million too. So the tickets would sell out.
