UPDATE: We raised over 10,000 US dollars to help the AMAZING team at Ocean Conservation Namibia. Head to the descriptions for ways you can still help. Or learn more here → www.kpassionate.com/about-our-events.
Thank You for BEING So CARING about the OCEAN CONSERVATION NAMIBIA....... They are SUPER AWESOME PEOPLE That help the "BABIE'S" of Our OCEANS live a better Entanglement free Life... 💫🌟❤🌟💫
Ur wrong klotylda.!! I like listening to Antoine anytime he talks & I wanted to hear him talk more. He's a thinker & he was very fair to give the other 2 Team members the time to talk. My husband & I would love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 so much to go to Namibia 🇳🇦 & go out w/Team OCN onto Pelican Point, but, we don't want to be in their way. We can be w/them in Spirit, donate, buy their merchandise & pay to watch their upcoming movie "Cutting The Line". We have already told so many of our friends who also Subscribed, told their families & friends & will pay to watch their upcoming movie "Cutting The Line". God Bless 🙌❤ U Team OCN 🙏 & Ur families & the Seals 🦭. P.S. If I could get a mailing address I'd like to send U a case of HIBICLEANSE it's what's in ALL Hospital ER's. It's used to cleanse wounds & it's available over the counter ❤
I also think these rescues make it more aware to the fishermen and other individuals responsible for the garbage hurting these seals. Thank you to you all, keep up the great work and sending my love❤❤Bless you!!
It’s amazing how the seals seem to recognize (for the most part) that you are really helping them. Love when the little ones linger around after a rescue. Blessings to the team members!!!
I'm so happy that you raised that amount to donate to OCN but I must tell you, this had to be the weirdest initial segment I've ever seen. Until Katja stepped up and gave us the history of OCN I didn't think I'd continue watching this but...I'm here. To have Antoine join the team by happenstance was one of the best things that could have happened and to have Denzil come on board followed by Wally & Cat is just amazing. That IS the nucleus of the team with others coming in and out but THEY are the mainstays. Each of them is worth their weight in GOLD! What they have done in Namibia is nothing short of spectacular. The Seal population would have dwindled without their care and expertise. These are loving, serious and talented people who have put their hearts and souls into what they do and I, for one, appreciate every minute of film I see. The precious lives they save, the injuries they help heal and the dedication they maintain is astounding and beautiful. Please give all you can to their cause and help them to bring relief to the seals in Namibia. Thank you!
I've been following OCN for awhile now, and I'm amazed how many seals need rescuing. I love the way the guys talk to the seals. Some of the injuries have been horrific. There was one that was close to being decapitaed, hopefully it was able to heal. Love you guys. And thank you for your hard work.
I absolutely love these rescue videos. You guys are incredible! Couple questions… Have you four guys ever run track in high school? Because from my vantage point, it looks like you fellows are so darn fast, especially Densel, & Tony? Also, I know you’ve already heard before that Tony talks so sweetly to the seals, but then again so does Wally. He’s always telling them, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry”, so sweet. Second question.. can you get Tony to let his hair down? All the ladies in my family thinks he is just so darn cute! Truly thanks for all you do.
I wish I could help 😢!! But that doesn't mean I can't help elsewhere. I pick up trash from around my city. I get exercise and do something meaningful. We all need to contribute!!! Thanks Guys 🖖🌻💚
AWESOME Live Stream that I've only JUST caught up on. I found this on OCN's channel, but truly believe that instead of linking your video, they ABSOLUTELY have to mirror this, and show it as one of their own uploads with all credits to you of course! I too am feeling extremely REWARDED, having posted comments about OCN's incredible work on a mere handful of videos over the past week to 10 days, and during this shortest time, have seen their SUB count go up by an incredible 13K SUBS!!! 💪🙏🥳💥🤣🥰🎉 That's absolute PROOF that it takes so little to help these beautiful souls GROW! THANK YOU and all your loyal subs for helping out as much as you do as well. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU! 🙏🥳😍 Much love and respect from Durban 🌍🦁🐘🦏 KwaZULU Natal ~ South Africa 💖💞🥰
YOU ARE AMAZING HEROES RELIAVING THESE PRECIOUS SEALS FROM HORRIBLE PAIN AND SOPHOCATION CAUSING THIR DEATH. I AM SO GREATFUL FOR THE MAGNIFICENT WORK YOU DO. YOU DESERVE THE BEST IN LIFE.
1-7 Million now WOW Those are Great Numbers i love watching these guys it must make SOO much difference to the seal population SOO many would have died through Humans Negligence & i love these guys making a BIG Difference !!
Would have liked to ask Tony why he decided to stay and work. Here in California there are 2 teams for the entire state to do rescues, any privateer would have all kinds of issues trying to make rescues with the government and the local authorities, they're a hindrance more than a help. Thanks for raising so much money for them, they don't do many livestreams and it would be nice to do more.
Tony had a summer job working for their kayaking company. He originally intended to return home after the season but got trapped there during the beginning of covid and was unable to leave. Seems like he's made himself a home there now and found his calling.
For the first time in my life these people made me cry. Caring for someone, human or animal is the highest purpose anyone can have. It's what make us human in the real sense of the word. Take care, the world needs you.
i've watched over a 100 seal rescue video's, they are addictive, you can see the seals hopeless situation before and the after the seal waddling away into the ocean free of it's death sentence !!!
Is tagging the seals you are able to rescue a possibility in the future? It seems that would help to identify those who have old scars at a distance. Also it would be nice to have a waterproof antibiotic antiseptic spray you can initially apply to some of the more drastic wounds; possibly ease the discomfort while the sea water complete the healing process. Keep up the good work.
I really love what you guys do and how you go about it. Its fantastic Naude has taken what he knows from his fathers experience and has now put it into practice in Namibia. Its good the govt is aware of what your doing but as a third world government I hope that doesn't ever change for you. Its good you brought up the parcel issue. I am sure many many people want to help and choose to help you their way - its unfortunate its a third world country and has the accompanying issues. People should be encouraged to just provide funds to you and its great you can get paid by UA-cam for these amazing videos. It has to better if you just buy what you need to do this job. I understand Katja and Naude has the kayak business - of which I know nothing - but I can see it may be a way forward to just keep doing what your doing and then just pay yourself a living wage from the incoming monies. Maybe COVID provided a way for you to understand how much the environment needs your team to do this. I wouldn't encourage any other people to do visits and want to do volunteering etc. The team you have is fantastic and I have not once seen or heard any one of them taunt or be nasty to a seal at all. If cowboys start doing this too (for kicks or money) that will change and so its better if Katja and Naude and their immediate team keep a tight rein on this. I have to say that Denzil is a bloody startled gazelle once he gets running. Amazing and that Antoine is not far behind him either. He can move too really well. Wally and Francois are very respectful to the seals too. I will contribute when I can and wont ever send you a parcel. I do think you as a team and group of like mind ed individuals can progress this in a respectful manner.
Naude and Tony are more in their comfort zone when rescuing seals, and KP is a marine biologist, also slightly out of her comfort zone, who raised a huge amount of money for OCN.
You guys are great, keep up the good work . She has a bit of a potty mouth on her though. Most of what she said has been bleeped out. love the way Tony talks to the seals to keep them calm. Cheeerrrzzz Dex

The most passionate, caring and "making a difference" team ever. Heroes of the ocean.
I would have liked to hear more from Tony, the seal whisperer.
Same honestly 😂
He only talks to seals
@@jobotmangbut of course. He definitely is the seal whisper and I’ve seen him talking to a couple jackals too that stole his shorts out of the truck.
He needs to do an ocean sound white noise type (with a voiceover) recording to help us get to sleep
Great job guys !
Love you all, true Heroes❤❤Big kisses from Paris, France
OCN is the best! Nothing but mad respect for all of them.
Agreed!
OCN is one of the touching and heartbreaking channels at the same time.

I love them!
Antoine is a "terrible talker" but he speaks wonderfully to seals and calms them down :)
Calm down, oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
no no no no no
Calm down lo lo lo lo lo lo lo
Tony's voice its very comforting even for me....I'm agree whit you.

Thank you for your kindness and great work saving these beautiful seals
Was great to be able to chat with them, and get more insight into how it all works
You kept it together‼️🦭 It’s always wonderful to see you.🍷
I think things have gotten to the point where they should make what these guys do into an olympic sport.
TRUE! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You do a great job of rescuing the seals
I also think these rescues make it more aware to the fishermen and other individuals responsible for the garbage hurting these seals. Thank you to you all, keep up the great work and sending my love❤❤Bless you!!
Been following these heroes for years!!!
Wonderful, seal whispers. God bless you all. We love you all.
It’s amazing how the seals seem to recognize (for the most part) that you are really helping them. Love when the little ones linger around after a rescue. Blessings to the team members!!!
You're all awesome
I love it when one of the guys talks to the "puppies," in that cute voice. It is so sweet!

I have been watching these guys for couple of month and seen them doing this work give me hopes that people is getting better not worse.
Most memorable for me: the seal who’s flipper was cut to the bone!

Started with Joey, then arrived on OCN channel. Great efforts by all !
Honestly, for me, they are putting Nambia on the map. I never paid any attention to Nambia before, but good things are coming from this group.
You're my heroes 💕
I wish I had better eyes. This would be so great to be able to go out there and help save the seals. If I could I would love to try!!!
Thank you for your time and effort. Stay safe

It is so wonderful to see folk trying to do good, best tv yet. Kudos. I check in often.
It takes alot of courage to do what you do. God bless you all.
I love it when the kids are out there helping.

Just saw this 😊 ~ very nice!
Love the beautiful gifts from your supporters!
It was great to find out the background on OCN. I hope they do it for a long time and have a succession management plan in place.
Great show. They are true conservationists
Not bad for first time interview.
When I get sad, I watch your videoes.
I just found your channel and a long time watcher of Ocean Conservation Namibia.
Subscribed & thank you for this interview.
Thank you so much! They are the greatest over there!
I love watching you save lives every time.
Thanks!

I love it when the cut the entanglement and the seals just relax and its like they go ahhh, loving the work that you do, you guys are totally amazing
Amo vcs! Muita força ...do Brasil.

That was so cool to meet the rescuers

They are awesome. Their dedication to these beautiful animals is a wonderful thing. ❤OCN
Shame the questioner talks most of the time. Wonderful to hear you guys and how you started and how it has grown - thanks love the rescues.
Ha!
Wish she wasn’t so giddy.
You are hero's! Love you guys!
Excelente labor. Bendiciones para todos.
You GUY;S are Awesome LOVE your passion to save the Seals!! WOW I love to see Denzil run!
Such humble heroes! ❤
I haven't missed a video since the beginning
NOAA, Texas here, we need to send them more nets, please?
Notice increasing reports of entangled sea tortoise in trash and in one case entangled in a net and attached bouys
Tagging might hinder if it’s another entanglement, or even cause a worse wound
@@gaylemae just wondering if the benefits would outweigh the negatives. What they are doing is a blessing and greatly appreciated.

Glad you enjoyed it!
Plain and Simple, Hero's..!!!!
kindness is the solution. no need for fluff
I'm from the Philippines.
31:38 poor Antoine just wants to go bed
Antoine is bored as hell at the interviewer as much as we all are.
Lol savage
Great work!!! Im obsessed with your videos. Can we volunteer with you for a day or week?
Love to hear you guys talk.

Wonderful people.
God Bless You All
Lovely to see you guys in another setting. But don’t stay away from the beach too long
Love you all and your wonderful channel. ❤
You are so kind
Conversa faz carinho. Rio Grande do Norte/BRASIL .❤❤❤❤
Thank you 🙏❤
I thought she would never let the guys talk!! They do all the work so let them speak!!
😂 said in a comment about a livestream where I raised over 10k USD for them.

She's a sarcastic winch too, she acts like it's all about her & can't handle criticisim. She always puts in a laugjing emogi at someones comment that she doesnt like. Also, clearly U can.see how the OCN Team was bored w/her. If I was there I'd catch her in a net & bury her 😂😅
Poor audio connection at times😂. I have never heard Katje or KP swear.
Watching from Scotland 🇬🇧
Dang, how about letting Tony the seal whisperer talk!
Tony seems more comfortable talking to seals😂
