Brocolli 1 cup
Capcicum 1 (medium size)
Matar 1/2 cup
Beans 1/4 cup
Gajar 1 cup
Frozen corn 1/2 cup
Green chilli 1
Fresh coriander
Kari pata
Tomato 🍅
Lemon 🍋
Spices
Mustard seeds ( rai small) 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Dry coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp (optional)
Chat masala 1/2 tsp ( optional)
Peanuts
Salt to taste
Ghee
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
