There are different ways the Holy Spirit manifests; It could be for communicating to God directly to personally minister the areas that you need improvement on and He then helps you see what was said, He can also speak tongues through someone like in this case to confirm that his presence is there, and another way is where interpretation happens because someone has that gift and is able to let others know what is being said. ☺️ Hope this make sense, The Holy Spirit is a very interesting and powerful person and the more you get to know Him the more it makes sense. ❤ God Bless You!
