Why don't they have interesting match start character interactions anymore.... it's m bison meeting fking edd

@@parsashirali8957don’t remember much about V but IV had rival intros where a special animation would play before the match depending on if the characters had interactions or not

@@OmegaILMain problem is that their going for the more beat approach than the roaring melodies SF has had in the past. It worked in 3 but they had more variance in 3 than in 6
@@bigbrowski410 I understand your point and I respect it. It's just saddens me that music themes that went even beyond FGC, so popular they've become, are forgotten.
@@OmegaILI agree for the most part, the problem is just that too many of this games beats are all the same sound. In 3S you had some 90’s style eurodance beats, early drum and bass style stuff, super early breakcore etc. SF6 is almost exclusively Jazz funk and Dubstepy-techno, Ed got the best deal because he has that spoken word hip hop theme that’s so different than a lot of the cast.

Unless it’s an EX crusher, regular one leaves you at a disadvantage when blocked. I guess he doesn’t want to risk it.
@@NekoSmashthat, crusher isn’t the easiest thing to react with, and Ed can feint his projectiles to bait crusher.

Kakeru playing ok, but really neglecting to use any decent combos here... I'm sure there are better Bison players already.
That flip-forward move seems way too good on first glance. Too hard to punish.
Parrying it will be the meta for stopping it once people get used to it. Let the game breathe.
For ed specifically I think the only way to punish is h.p You may have to micro walk or at least hold parry to avoid pushback tho
Bison seems kind of cool, but it's not clear what you have to do for him at all. They also gave him a cringe bomb instead of psycho inferno

@@yaboytony3028 Cringe bombs rarely work. People aren't stupid, they'll just go into deep defense and then knock the effect off with a light poke.
@@klapan3802 He can get it off nearly every one of of his pokes and makes his psycho crusher plus on block. Only a bad Bison will not get his bomb up or let you mash on him.
@klapan3802 how is a bomb cringe? And it enhances his pressure game compared to inferno which was just combo filler and nothing more

M.bison seems very weak in alot of areas that matter in the sf 6 meta. For starters, no real corner carry unless you drain all of his meter. No consistent oki unless you gamble with scissor kick or head stomp. Heavy punch which is his strongest button has less pushback on block. Psycho mine gives too much pushback on hit. Heavily relies on Meter to get the party started. Corner pressure is weak since most of his scissor kicks are negative on block except for the heavy version. For the first time since like Alpha 2, Bison is not one of the strongest characters in the game.
I havent tried him yet, but scissor kick is looking like one of the best "poke" moves in the entire game. Thats gonna carry a lot of matchups for him
He kinda trades bad neutral and oki for safe pressure with bomb and insane dmg. A combo trial literally teaches you to do a 7k dmg combo its insane
So his bomb is kind of like Aki's poison. More for combo extension then dmg alone.
I think it can make some moves safe aswell.
Normal psycho crusher seems to be safe if u time it with the bomb, but maybe the Ed didn’t know how to punish it.

I love how Ed can snatch M. Bison out of his Psycho Crusher animation!! Sick counter, I think Ed is a fair fight and has some solid counters for dealing with M. Bison. It's even more interesting cause they are both powered by psycho power.
Honestly I think this mu is losing for Ed cause of how hard it is to punish Shadow Rise. You can only flicker grab Bison on prediction too, because regular flicker is a projectile technically and it goes through projectile. So the only way to charge ot enough is if he does it full screen
Besides some other interactions like his knee press pushing ed back he can't relly get a m.p or h.p, the back and forth is fun
