Lost my dad (and my mom) last summer. They were 73/74 years old, God bless them. I am 42 now. Throughout my childhood and early life, he really didn't do much good for me at all. He was rather the narcissistic type, and I still have big scars from that. But you know what. The last year when he was alive, I was in a great trouble and he finally came through and gave me a huge helping hand. I am so happy and thankful that I can have that experience to look back on now! 💖

This isn’t from an era when rappers could be understood. Will always did things a little differently. He always said he refused to make music he wouldn’t let his children listen to. He didn’t cuss or use fouls language or references that were not child appropriate. He kept his music and his public image clean and respectable so his children could be proud of him. This is something no other rapper has even bothered to attempt.

I’m married now and when I look back on the single mom years it was a rough time in my life but it still feels special that it was just the two of us. I’m not having anymore kids but my husband is in the picture now and I’m so grateful, now it’s always the 3 of us🥰. My son is graduating HS in a couple years and this song will definitely be played at his graduation party!

Lost my dad (and my mom) last summer. They were 73/74 years old, God bless them. I am 42 now. Throughout my childhood and early life, he really didn't do much good for me at all. He was rather the narcissistic type, and I still have big scars from that. But you know what. The last year when he was alive, I was in a great trouble and he finally came through and gave me a huge helping hand. I am so happy and thankful that I can have that experience to look back on now! 💖
