    may i know why not to have lean marketing in the beginning ?

      Because lean marketing means less data, less data means cannot be justified. 'you pay what you get', but the problem is most people or entrepreneurs don't see the value in marketing, and some marketing values will never have data. As mentioned by Terence, RM10k is not simply equivalent to 10k viewers, the 10k viewers could influence additional 10k or even 100k viewers, thus the usual x% of conversion is beyond the estimated 10k viewers.

    yr staff didnt return the 5cents change.
    is this how u make profits by short changing customers.
    very shameful.
    we will not support local companies like yours that are in the habit of bullying customers.
