I received a Furtherance letter for medical exam . I called the clinic where I performed my medical exam but they said they should receive the note first from CIC regarding the additional testing. So it seems that CIC already asked me to do additional medical tests but in my the clinic said they cannot find anything yet in my eMedical file

I submitted biometrics and submitted medical test on october 16,2019. For Lockdown the high commission of canada was closed for 11 months. And on 16th November, 2020 it opened. The information says i passed all the tests that was given. Do you know how many months/days it would take to get my visa? I mean by how far they will ask for my passport?

Hey, Do you you know if there is a mandated medical checkup or drug test after e-2 visa investment issuance? Im from south korea.
I had booked an appointment for upfront medical examination before the current lock down in Karnataka state, meanwhile I submitted my visa application to IRCC amidst the lockdown and now I received a call from the diagnostic centre for my IME appointment confirmation. I have not received a medical exam request yet, when can I expect this? And will it effect me in anyway if I went ahead and submitted to my IME before receiving instructions to do so?

Question in Canada student visa application: Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country ?
I answered YES. And mentioned details for my B1 visa refusal.
I worked in US for 1 year but also my H1B extension i.e. I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker was denied.
Earlier I checked on web if that counts under visa denial and answer I found was NO, so I did not added this to my canada student visa application. However, I have mentioned it in my SOP.
Please let me know if this would be treated as incomplete information. Because if I start online classes as I have got AIP and stage 2 is denied so my university will not refund some fees and I would lose 6 lakh or 10000 CAD.
Will be really helpful, if you mention any government webpage along with the answer, so that I can verify information and check in detail.
