I have one of these, but I gave up on it, and I'm using the wheelchair like it was manual, because, no matter what I did, it didn't do what I wanted it to.

Do you know of any videos for the NaviONE power assist wheels?

Here is a video about it: ua-cam.com/video/rvpv3Og_85E/v-deo.html. One main difference between this and the twion is that there is a battery pack that has to hang onto the wheelchair. The twion's batteries are in the wheels themselves so is a little more streamline.

I recommend reaching out to the provider that processed/delivered the part. There may be an updated needed to the software or something may need to be replaced.

Does the assist system work if the wheelchair is pushed by someone else?

Great question! The cost depends on your insurance. If it's medically appropriate for you and you have been using a custom manual wheelchair then it should be covered by your insurance. Cost would depend you your deductible plan and co-insurance/co-pay. It's best to work with a local ATP. If you have someone who has done your equipment up to now, that is the person to ask! Do you need help connecting with an ATP locally?

Great way to navigate away from the actual question.
Should have said I am not going to tell you.
      Saves time.
