This is excellent. I never got around to listening to Mr Lif, despite liking his parts in old Def Jux compilations that I heard a long time ago. Definitely should've checked him out sooner.
These 2 can do so much better than this it sounds rushed and the production sounds cheap, I was praying for l,orange to join the group or at least do the beats for this album but I know there will be more to come from Lif & Ak so looking forward to whatever they do next
Just some constructive criticism, the only strong beat produced was "hose down" !!! for the rest of the album, deep and thoughtful lyrics overall, but the beat production is shameful and embarrassing. very disappointed as a fan. sounds like a inebriated, crystal meth addict produced this shit. Its really too bad. Love Lif an Ak. No disrespect to the mc, just their choice in producers.
