Usually i hate a deck showcase with commentary esp a voiced one (aka he talks about it) but this kind of showcase where you gave your train of thought (no pun intended) in text based helped me to visualize it. Like if my opening hand will be like you what should i do, or when my Ballista get Ash what i need to do. Kudos man for this guide
Thank you very much for your comment bro! :) And yes, I always try to write what was going through my mind at that moment when playing, being Earth Machine a deck with many routes is important to do in front of the interruptions, beyond learning by memory the combos I consider the first most important thing :D
Your decklist feedback and tech choices for said changes are greatly appreciated. Uninterrupted fast decks make it difficult to OTK when you have to deal with breaking their established boards. My Machina Trains deck has to adapt to the times as well. Great video!
Exactly, playing against spright or ichizu decks is quite complicated for a deck that does not specialize in interrupts. But I don't plan to stop playing the deck xD I want to show its full potential. Thanks for your comment bro :)
Awesome deck! I’m glad to see my favorite type of archtype and monsters can compete at this high level It just sucks many infinititrack monsters on their own aren’t too good but it’s better to replace some of those cards with machina like I’ve done too I even put 2 machine therions to help with negates I’m still waiting for Road Roller to come to Master Duel It can help with the archtype since it gives the xyz machine that used it as material to change all of your opponents monsters to face down defense and do piercing battle damage
Thanks for your comment bro! in fact the combination between machina+infinitrack opens to the possibility of many variants, between ratios and charts..... On the other hand road roller, as far as I know, only changes face up monsters to face up defense :'v
I was definitely running a more infinitrack heavy list than yours but Ruinforce and Unclaspare really push the envelope. I love the explanations behind your deck choices and I’m going to try and play a deck like yours soon.
Hi bro! and thanks for your comment! Actually Ruinforce is not very useful, maybe not at the beginning, but to finish medium or long games. Another point to mention is that the decklist of this video is(for me) the most compressed version of EM, because as you will see I play a LOT of staples. Staples that can be exchanged for more combo cards or more ratio of some cards that I play to 1, it's all a matter of testing and adapting to your play style :)
@@Loguer002 The deck has changed a lot since I began playing it and I haven’t kept up with the changes.I did notice that the list seemed rather ‘thin’ especially as someone who pilots a list with Metalcruncher (necessitating full play sets to use it’s search options). Do you think you’d give up Gearframe and it’s associated lines of play for Metalcruncher? When it comes to staples do you find you need more card draw to compensate for the lack of redundant copies? Finally, any interest in Road Roller and it’s ability to simplify the battle phase or add more monsters to the field?
If there are ways to use Metalcruncher in a "consistent" and "fresh" version of EM. Just the next video I plan to upload will discuss this point. On the one hand there is the gearframe+unclaspare version which is the one I've been using: lots of staples, low ratio of combo cards. On the other is the EM+Vernusylph where metalcruncher gains more relevance. But there is also a version of EM where it has 1 copy of metalcruncher+machina overdrive. If these last months I have chosen to play the first version is because it is the one that has given me the best results. Playing 3 copies of Dozer in a deck with Metalcruncher doesn't seem like such a good idea, very brick :( But, I am already testing a version with vernusylph with metalcruncher. But without 3 dozer or any x3 combo card, I have adjusted it more to look for level 10 cards or in any case to be bait of some interruption. The most interesting thing about this version is that I don't play handtraps, it's the 2.0 version of this deck: ua-cam.com/video/Zfxf0zA13-I/v-deo.html Regarding Road Roller, I don't see it as a great supporting card. It helps in part, yes, but I think it adds more combo to a deck that already has a lot of combo :'v
Bro I’m so glad I found your channel! I was playing rank 10 OTK with a Citadel and Regulus, but I had no idea about that combo with harvester to get Regulus on board!
Hey man, can you make a tutorial on shs? Like the combo to bring out the boss monster, or what happened when you brick, the choke point, etc. I would love to learn the archetype
I see no use for him in Earth Machine, honestly :'u It's a similar case to the release of Therion King Regulus, many thought it was a card worthy of playing 3 copies but over time the ratio was varying quite a lot. The good thing is that the deck is open to the possibility of playing different variants but in my opinion clockwork night does not respond to the deficiencies that the deck has. Searchers we have many, extenders too :'v Cyber Dragon is the deck that will take advantage of this card, without a doubt.
Sargas is a very good card and easily accessible with Gearframe, but I have never tried it :'s I have not seen many decks with it either, it would be a matter of trying it in MD. Regarding Skill Drain, in my opinion it is a very slow card to play in Earth Machine. I think it goes better in a Machina control deck. Because Earth Machine is more focused on making more combo :D!
@@Loguer002 Yeah because of your video I changed skill drain for droplet and it synergizes really well going first and second. I will still miss skill drain because I like the interactions with anger knuckle because it can still use its effect and it can get rid of it turn 3 There is a really strong combo with redeployment + any machina (besides unclaspare) that leads into dora with derricrane, dozer control setup, regulus, sargas bounce and citadel on field
That's one of the strongest qualities in EM, only with redeployment we have access to a lot of combo, the whole deck moves with that card xD I haven't tried sargas, but it will be a matter of doing it soon!
The only REAL problems the deck has is against There can be only one and Zombie World XD After that with the right cards it's possible to win any duel... until the tearlaments come XD
Machina unclaspare ❎️ Gem-knight Garnet but machine ✅️ Srsly thou. I ran a single copy of that card but it somehow manage to be in my hand on the first turn like every damn time lol
Haven't see your videos in a while... Metalcruncher you will be missed (Odd lvl, requires empty field to normal, and everyone knows how important normal summon is on trains) As you also commented, opponent letting you get to Mr. Pot of Avarice was unexpected, maybe just wanted to target a bigger fish, but hey, luck counts as part of the skill isn't? Que pase buen día
I think not :'v It is one of the cards that hurt me the most to leave out, because I think its second effect is excellent! I've been playing it since the first season of MD but I realized that in a 45 card deck it doesn't help in a certain way to the consistency I'm looking for :( Besides that in our combo we don't need it and in most cases when we already made our combo, we have almost won the duel.
I got difficulty trying to reach Diamond 1 with Metalcruncher build. Looks like I really need to go back using Gearframe and pray that I won't draw Unclaspare every duel 😂
The Metalcruncher effect is quite good in combination with Overdrive or the soon to be released vernusylph cards. But in my opinion it's overloading the deck with "combo", when with only gearframe or harvester we can play. And yes... carrying Box + Unclaspare is our curse XD
@@Loguer002 Oh yeah, what's your opinion about having two Anger Knuckles? A lot of times it comes up where you need a train but Anger Knuckle is already in grave to revive it. I know Ruinforce helps sometimes you couldn't dump him due to negates, etc.
At first I tried playing 2 Anger Knuckle and yes, to be honest, it is very helpful but I must say that, at least in MD, the extra deck is quite tight. Besides, in most games, 1 is enough to win u':
For the duelist cup I'm only playing Earth Machine, unfortunately due to studies I can't give much time to the game :'v and I have new ideas for shs and f.a I hope I can make a video soon :')
Small youtubers that focus on specific decks give way better guides and gameplay than bigger youtubers
