He’s really been in the business for a long time. It’s interesting to see how he’s grown into his look. Yes, it appears that he’s gotten plastic surgery but so what? It enhanced his look and makes him really stand out even more and I appreciate the eye candy. I love his acting talents and he is a lot of fun to watch even in the behind the scenes footage. Just seems overall like he’s a genuinely nice guy who works hard at his craft and also to be a kind person.

@@PaulineMitchell His condition is actually a bit rare amongst East Asians. With loss in subcutaneous fat, the skin over the eyes gets loose and forms multiple creases. He has like some 3-4 creases at present, if you notice well in Bad and Crazy. Well I really love his tripple eyelids though 😍

He has bigger occipital area than Asians so as he had mentioned, as he lost the fat in his facial region, the folds developed. As you said “several eyelid surgeries” then his continuous drama projects would show him with eye patches soon after the so_called surgeries. :)’.)

If you look at his childhood 0:13 and adolescent photos 0:33, he had an eyehole and a double eyelid. And now he has 3-4 double eyelids, and when he was in his 20s 4:07 and adolescents 0:33 , he had 3-4 eye holes when he lost weight or became pale. Now, he lost nearly 20kg of weight and lost face fat as he got older, so 3-4 double eyelids have completely settled down.
When he was in his 30s, he had 3-4 double eyelids and eyeholes when he lost weight, and when he gained weight, his double eyelids were loosened. This is a very natural and common phenomenon for Korean.
And, in common sense, you can't make those eyelid creases and eyeholes with "a several eye surgeries."
Eyeholes need to be born with orbital bumps from an early age.
If you look at Lee Dong-wook's childhood pictures, he's always had a high frame.
And no matter how many "double eyelid surgeries" you have, 3-4 double eyelids in that line are impossible, no matter how good Korean plastic surgery technology is.
Sometimes only when he gains weight or swells his face due to poor condition, his double eyelids are loosened and look like single eyelids.
And UA-camrs make videos only using those 'Badly Taken' photos and spread false plastic surgery rumors.
