for anyone whos wondering at 3 in the night, we indian are taught 2 languages from the start of our school, so we basically know english and hindi(our national language) till the time we take a interest in code(probably 10 years old idk), many indian people make tutorials in hindi so we can understand them and many indians+other country people make videos in english so we can understand that too , so we kinda have an advantage. after we learn to code we make videos for it in either hindi or english and the cycle continues.
Firstly, Hindi is NOT the national language. There is no such thing as the national language. Its one of the 22 official languages, and 1 of 1600+ languages and dialects spoken in the country. It might be common in the Hindi belt to speak Hindi as its the mother tongue, but the rest of the country learns their own mother tongue, English and Hindi if there is enough influence of Hindi media like Bollywood movies.

for anyone whos wondering at 3 in the night, we indian are taught 2 languages from the start of our school, so we basically know english and hindi(our national language) till the time we take a interest in code(probably 10 years old idk), many indian people make tutorials in hindi so we can understand them and many indians+other country people make videos in english so we can understand that too , so we kinda have an advantage. after we learn to code we make videos for it in either hindi or english and the cycle continues.
Firstly, Hindi is NOT the national language. There is no such thing as the national language. Its one of the 22 official languages, and 1 of 1600+ languages and dialects spoken in the country. It might be common in the Hindi belt to speak Hindi as its the mother tongue, but the rest of the country learns their own mother tongue, English and Hindi if there is enough influence of Hindi media like Bollywood movies.
