There must be no compromise on the infrastructure, it’s our mistake that we have not yet build sufficient infrastructure by this time. Although pull back is there recently it’s a risk that some years down the line this infrastructure requirement is important for safety and transport requirement

It will test the limits of both militaries. American armies are designed liked the Roman army so it a mobile city with engineers embedded within their units. That is not the case with China and India. Where traditionally you only have "warriors" and no real engineers withing their army itself.
