Strong muscles or just looking good? Do you need flexibility? Etc, etc... To get real results it gets complicated very quickly or you end up doing less or counter productive work. You seem to be helping people move past that and you will definitely find it rewarding. It’s the cook book that will make you the big bucks though. Ask that Joe fella with the funny voice.
