I use this alarm app called alarmy that makes you do a task like a math problem or you have to take a picture of something before you can turn of the alarm.

@@emmahalvorson72 No, some people find the taste vile. Others don't drink it because they are lactose intolerant or they find it unhealthy/cruel to drink. Some people avoid it because it gives them acne/skin irritation or bloating.
crippling depression I do too. It tastes amazing. I’ve heard so many people who have gone Vegan or just dairy free and have a sip of milk afterwards (usually accidentally) and they say it tastes terrible. But I’ve gone months without drinking milk and when I tasted it again- yes, the flavor was stronger and I could taste the complexity of it that I had been blind to after drinking it regularly, but for me it tasted better. I still drink dairy alternatives because I think they also taste good. But, dairy milk is so good.
