It is still usable, but I don't think it is currently best to build it. Snapdragon is also replaced by Mystic Flour even in Red Velvet Guild battle. But they can at least be used as a replacement.
A little tip is to only have Carol have about 25-27% cooldown since the second skill will always last 2 seconds. You can use other stats to increase her damage and etc.
You we're using the monocle at hollyberry that means mystic flour is able to apply -40.00% cooldown to hollyberry, Dispelling or purifying the pale plague just gives you another cooldown increase to hollyberry
i use carol cookie to mystic flour since they are literall op(carol paired to any cookie is op) .. but to make them work carol should have full damage toppings with bonus defenses .. that way they can survive even on the meta ..
