Wet Wet Wet - Silver Clef Awards interviews (1996) - GMTV & The O Zone

An interview from GMTV with Marti Pellow and Tommy Cunningham of Wet Wet Wet at the Scottish Silver Clef Luncheon (in aid of the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy charity) in Edinburgh on 26 June 1996, where Wet Wet Wet received the award for Outstanding Contribution to Scottish Music.
Also, as reported on The O Zone, they attended the 21st Silver Clef Lunch in London the following day, where they received the Silver Clef Award (for outstanding contribution to UK music). Wet Wet Wet were the first band to receive both these awards.
They also received a Silver Clef award for new music in 1988.
