Super excited to launch this weekly series! It's certainly a little different than usual, but that's what the journey is all about. Let me know below if you have ever used "I am" affirmations! Would love to get your thoughts.

Thanks man, you’re doing a great job! I AM affirmations literally reprogrammed my mind and emotions when I was in my early 20s. Before then, I had a serious lack of confidence, self- belief and drive. After using them, I was able to be sociable, even popular, and had the confidence to talk to women, leading me to be happily married now and totally happy in myself. Thanks for helping people.

I really enjoy the affirmations. I use them to meditate every morning BEFORE I turn on the motivational speeches while I move around so now I can do both from one person and that’s helpful. I love that you released this !!!!!

This is spectacular! Noah St. John turns affirmations into Afformations by adding a question. Our brains are question answering machines! The moment we pose the question, our brain gets busy solving the question!
Why am I a vessel of faith, positivity, and hope?
By turning positive statements into why questions, the subconscious mind can’t call BS on the statement and attempt to block the thought. Instead, our mind begins to look for the answer and if it’s not there, it generates the behavior to create the answer…
Example: Why am I the artist of my own life?
I am the artist of my own life because I understand that I am the one that holds the pen and writes the story and I also know that as the writer, at any time, I can tear up the old script and write a brand new ending, one day at a time… Affirmations are great, Afformations are life-changing!

I've read all the comments and they are positive... However, i disagree. This is not your way...anyone can do this... it lacks the credibility of most of your previous stuff...which is real and has greatly affected me...
I understand where you are coming from but remember where it all starts…In your mind.
