Nest E Thermostats Not Powering On EP169

Brand new Condos with Nest E thermostats are not powering on. Turns out the service disconnects were off. This caused on of the thermostat's batteries to die. I ended up having to charge on with a micro USB charger to get it to come back on.

Insulate the rest of the attic and add heat tape to the drain lines.
