I like how Manuel and Polly defend each other, like brother and sister ❤
It's kind of sweet that Manuel puts himself between Polly and the dog after it bites her.
And then asks her in the kitchen if the dog hurt her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Well she was always patient & understanding with him. Even took the wrap for Manuel when he didn't wake her whilst O'Reilly's Men removed the door to the dining room, which really was Basil's fault for hiring the incompetent builder.
And then he barks at the dog too 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Someone I knew has an absolutely splendid little Shih-Tzu mix as a service dog. Never bites, never barks, makes a variety of funny little noises instead to express herself, detects epileptic seizures for the girl who owns her.

I know his english isn't supposed to be good enough for that, but it would have been hilarious (I obviously do not condone the eating of your dogs, but I do think it would have been a hilarious comeback)

i wonder if it was or is common in the UK for a pet dog to be allowed inside a restaurant much less seating it at a table, or if it’s just comedic exaggeration
My parents lived in the UK in the 70s when were kids, and said it wasn’t unusual to have restaurants which allowed dogs but not kids!
@@sudeepr5277 That’s very interesting. I guess restaurants which don’t allow kids are posh places, and the clientele would include people who take their dog along everywhere.

I'm Irish. When I was a kid and I visited London, many of the hotels and bed & breakfasts had a sign in their window saying "No Dogs, No Blacks, No Irish."
