actually, I was wrong the other time, I think Grubs is right that the other game on AZ infi might not win even if he expo-ed.. After watching parts of these games, I really think that it is these kind of play style like grub's, the reason why infi wanna come to EU to play. I am a Singapore player, ranked about 34-35 on netease china ladder, but the opponents that I play with mostly uses standard plays.. Now I know the rank 25 and above players might be different from 35 players but I doubt many can play to the standards of grubby whilst doing these kind of non-mainstream plays, as well as these kind of experience on how to win by map movement (15 years of exp). I'm sure he is learning alot of the EU ladder and we should be able to see some crazy moves in the next tournament he enters... But having said that, playing on 200 ping isnt easy, I play on netease at 100ping which sometimes, very rarely of course, I miss a TP due to the lag. Playing on 200ping would definitely limit the player to a MUCH greater extend, I used to play US West Bnet at 230ping, that was a disaster... Have to give credit to infi that he can play to this level at that ping...
im usually a big fan of yours grubby, but I just love infi. Beating happy with human just takes insane macro and micro and he is so chill and never cocky or whiny. big ups to the both of you
Some people might not think much of it, but seeing top level players (and just about anyone else) being polite with one another is nice and wholesome to see. Having the civility and sportsmanship to greet an opponent a simple GG, GL, HF is a nice part to have in a gaming community culture, and so much more if such greetings are actually sincerely meant 🙂
Infi just come to the EU ranking in every single day after his daily stream ,if the net connection is allowed. As a subscriber of him, his fans and he all enjoy the new experience for matching up with EU high-level player although he has to suffer from the high ping.
This series and by looking at the thumbnail it feels like this is the ceremonial duel in a yugioh anime in which after the main plot(wgl championship) ends and the final enemy boss(th000) was defeated, the main protagonist(infi) will be taken to a peculiar place where he'll face a powerful legendary character(grubby) in the final battle to test his true strength. Coupled with "don't cry" song, it's just so epic. Just me, maybe.
Such a nice series. One thing I quite never see by Grubby: carrying two items by a HH. When does it happen? Answer A when he saw the light, response B when he is so motivated. I guess both are correct.
The last game you should have totally picked earthquake to take down his expos. I feel like you could of had him runnning around trying to stop you with staff or zepp.
I played Warcraft 3 a long time ago in my youth. Shas I'm in jail for murder. I remember you Grubby you are one of the best players in the history of this game. I wish you success.
I really love the Firelord third hero. Its so awesome. You inspired me to play ork and with this army and herop comp you play right now I really love it. Also with Alchi its really cool. Thanks for these awesome game.
why firelord instead of sylvanas? both can do the same, bonus dmg, prevent corpses, and silence. but sylvanas silence is aoe. (and probably better duration but i have no idea about duration, just that sylvanas' feels like eternity)
He had a much stronger army, even with the Far Seer dying, and can continue to trade favorably (he won the game by staying). If he TPs, he loses out on the valuable trades his stronger army can give him. Though maybe he could TP and run his entire army back so they avoid the TP range -- in fact he did have to run his army back anyway, to engage the militia favorably.
I don't care that you are Infi I don't care that you beat Happy I don't care you can play with all Races(btw anyone can do that ) But Never Ever Pick Orc in front Of Grubby (God of the Orc) Again! Unless you are famous for playing Orc like Lyne
Please just remember, that if you should ever ( anyone) make a warcraft 3 comic, please remember to design every! unit but heroes dumb enough to not be able to use times. This will ensure it its freaking hilarious ^^ warcraft 3 universe be like lion king hyenas
