    Awesome, thank you so much. I did'nt know that by doing the reverse lunge, you should step back every time. I stood in 1 position going up and down. Now I do the same, but each move consist in a backwards step, again and again and THIS FEELS MUCH BETTER. THANKS A LOT, I APPRECIATE YOU

    Wow this will save my knees. Was about to go destroy my legs for leg day but now I can destroy my legs without developing bad knees
