I wouldn’t say he’s completely a demon. Since he’s a demon who’s born from a fallen angel, he may share blood with Lucifer (so he may be considered a fallen angel as well in this respect)
I wish I knew why Satan turned into a Vampire, but I really don't. It doesn't make sense, since he's not a fallen angel, but a full blown demon. Maybe it's due to him being related to Lucifer and he was with them, so he may have caught it anyway? Maybe the strain is stronger than that. o__o

There was a theory where when lucifee was falling satan was made of his anger so he was an angel for a while but fell down with lucifer(i guess)

My theory is he has fallen angel blood in him. Since Satan was born from Lucifer, Satan probably also shares not only a similarity in appearance, but also shares the same blood.
