This is a great tutorial, I am stuck however, when you duplicate thigh, foot, knee and drag, mine is not separating from original (It doesn't move back). what am I missing.
Faced the same issue. I just expanded all the layers so that I could see the keyframes. I then drag selected them all and moved it like in the video. That was my workaround. I still don't know how he did it.
Hold alt & move the layers to duplicate in illustrator
Or simply press ctrl c & ctrl v to duplicate

see i am new to after effects i have a question there is no left hand i nthe file and suddenly while giving the name from exactly AT 6.00 FROM WHERE DID THAT LEFT ARM LEFT HAND APPEARED IN YOUR LAYERS IT IS BIT CONFUSING
Simply copy the right hand & right arm
You didn't take the left arm and left leg layer first and it's not shown how you added it later??

I rigged this same character with duik bassel and it limps.

@@ArunSvfx what i did was,enlarged his right leg as it was smaller then the other from the groin part ,but some how it still limps,suggest what to do?
