I have seen summons in which Gojo's animation gives nothing or gives a random SSR, so my theory is that it increases Banner's SSR probability since the occasions in which it gives nothing or a random SSR not featured are very few. (the only problem is that Recollection Bits count as an SSR featured character)
I think having the black flash is guaranteed ssr but not a guaranteed character. Having gojo animation guarantees the rate up (not sure if guaranteed character)
