21 Scorpion Restoration Time Lapse: A Classic Sport Boat Back From the Dead

This video is a time lapse of the work done restoring this classic 21 Scorpion boat. The Scorpion is a copy of the famed 21 Challenger. Found in a field, rotten, the boat needed a new hull core, transom, stringers and a complete refinishing. One of our readers, Daniel, and his father did all the work. It's a great restoration. What kind of paint did you use? And did you re gel the bottom or use an epoxy?

The bottom is Interlux Performance Epoxy. The yellow is a polyurethane marine paint. Details here.

No. Scorpion was a small Canadian builder. The Chris Craft Scorpion was a line of boats unrelated.
