Hi Rachel, your cuff is pretty. As for your cuff hanging on a door knob, I crewel embroidered a purse 50 years ago and it’s still hanging on a doorknob and never used! 🙃

I am planning to do a patchwork style of scarf, overlaid here and there with thread painted florals. I’m sure it will take longer than one month but it’s a project I’ve been thinking about for a while. Thank you for the nudge to get it started with February’s prompt!

This is so beautiful!!! Made me remember a time many years ago when I would go to the thrift stores and buy long sleeved shirts that children no longer wore, cut off the cuffs, hemmed the sleeves for short fit above the elbows and re-donated them for summer wear. I embroidered the cuff and did bead embellishments, then lined the inside with felt and gave them to children at my church as a surprise gift. They absolutely loved them. They made wonderful gifts. Rachel you and Sarah excel at everything you touch!
