For me he's easily the most evil of all the characters in The Walking Dead games. No Carver, Lily, but him. Complete psychopath.
Man forced his partner to shoot a brother right in his stomach then killed him few moments later, made an entire family fatherless by shooting their dad in the head, and proceeded to raid the ship.
Man was a menace.

He was some sort of Darwinist who believed that the strong were destined to rule the weak in that he was a Shepherd to guide the ones he labeled as weak. Randall was like some rabid dog who was only being held back by Norma. He killed and tortured children as well, remember that stuff that Michonne saw on the boat?

Damn, the voice actor has a talent in voicing the maniacs and killers. This one isn't so amazing as Jefferson in LiS, but still quite creepy.

Why did michonne leave ricks group in the comics in the first place?
She needed to confront her own demons. That's what this entire miniseries covers. She basically felt overwhelming guilt about not knowing whether her little girls, Colette and Elodie were alive or dead. She had felt it the entire apocalypse but it reached the head after the war with Negan.

You know, I think this The Walking Dead: Michonne game is SO much like The Walking Dead: Season 3. Many parts and scenes are compared to The Walking Dead: Michonne and The Walking Dead: Season 3.
When I saw that everyone on Mobjack were dead, I've realized that Norma was behind
that - she has ordered a raid on Mobjack and to other settlements, just like Joan did to Prescott and other settlements. Norma sends her own brother, Randall, Gabby, and some of her other people to kill everyone and loot everything they could find on the ferry.
In Episode 2 of The Walking Dead: Michonne, Randall pops up from the bushes, shoots John in the head, just like what Badger did to Mariana. After that, Randall gets brutally beaten down, and then Michonne says "This is for John. He was an innocent man, just minded his own business!" And Randall says "Whatever. Fuck him, and fuck you too." Then Michonne starts bashing Randall's skull into millions of pieces and mashes his brain with the wrench, just like when Javier shoots Badger in the belly with the shotgun and then crushes HIS skull and mashes HIS brain with the baseball bat.
In Episode 1 of The Walking Dead: Michonne, you get to ask Norma about the dead people on Mobjack, and she says that "scavengers took them out". But in Episode 3, if you keep Randall alive, he says that "they came after us first". So this probably explains that Norma, Randall, and all Monroe citizens (except Zack and Joe) are nothing but murderers and looters, just like Joan and some other New Frontier mercenaries.
